Fort Cumberland 1755 by Todd Price

Fort Cumberland was an 18th century fort in what is now Cumberland, Maryland at the confluence of Wills Creek and the Potomac River. It featured prominently during the French and Indian War and was a major staging ground for General Edward Braddock's disastrous campaign to Fort Duquesne (Pittsburgh) in 1755.
