Warfare
is commonplace on the frontier. The French and British are locked
in a bloody struggle over control of the land and waterways in and
about the new colonies. forests, once peaceful and still, have now
become the battleground. The thunderous crack of musket and cannon
along with choking clouds of gunpowder have ceased for now. A warrior
pauses to listen, it is quiet ...perhaps Too Quiet.
