During the turbulent times of the mid-to-late eighteenth
century, Eastern Natives had little time for quiet moments with
friends and family. Here we see one of those rare times. While
traveling to a distant village for council, they have stopped
to camp in the shelter of a place called Bear Rocks.

was sold for $85,000 February 2013 at the Masters of the American
West Show, at the Autry Center in Los Angeles, CA.
